Portaal opens 21.4 million doors for starters
There’s been a great deal of discussion regarding the housing market, which looks set to continue. For those seeking to buy for the first time, finding an affordable house is very difficult. This has to change, according to Portaal. The housing corporation from Utrecht wants to give the market a boost and offer arrangements that break through the status quo.
But how do you make that clear to people in their twenties and thirties?
Often, they don’t quite grasp all that is involved in buying a home. They’ll assume their budget will get them a flat at best. Few starters realize that there other low-cost housing options exist and that they can make use of special services which bring a mortgage within reach.
Therefore, we developed a campaign which positions Portaal as a provider of affordable apartments with attractive terms. We invited starters to take a look at some of Portaal’s properties. To entice them to buy, we opened the doors wide and showed them every opportunity on offer. The campaign consisted of several ads, shown 21.4 million times across all regions in which Portaal is active. That worked: more than 17,000 people visited the landing page. By zooming in on arrangements for first-time buyers, advice and other attractive benefits, young people became convinced that Portaal could unlock the door to their future home.
